We love New Jersey and we know we live in the "best" place in the world. (Some might be smirking at that.) Personally, I love New Jersey and Ocean County, it's a little piece of heaven.
There are so many areas on "this" side of the bay, so we wouldn't have to drive over the bridge to Seaside. So, I guess my question is, can this ever happen?
Several municipalities have a Council/Committee race but there are 11 towns in Ocean County with a Mayor's race in the General Election this year -- Barnegat Light, Island Heights, Jackson, Lavallette, Manchester, Ocean Gate, Point Pleasant Borough, Ship Bottom, South Toms River, and Tuckerton.
There is still plenty of summer left here in New Jersey and for many finding a nice quiet beach to relax and soak in some peace and quiet is just what we are looking for, problem is quite often many Jersey beaches are crowded because of their popularity.
I don’t understand how you can leave a child in a hot car. How does this happen? You got into the car with the kid, strapped him/her into the baby seat, saw their happy face in the rearview mirror as you drove. But then you become so absent-minded that you park the car, AND you forget they’re still in the car! STOP!
