That's right!!  Halloween parade organizers in Toms River are allowing pets to march in the parade this year with their owners. There are two brand new divisions in this year's parade that is allowing your dog to participate in a pet costume (not sure about cats, ferrets, hamsters, etc)

Aw, that poor wet kitty!  Seriously tho, that cat can speak English and it's halfway between cute and creepy.
