Warner Bros. owns the copyright on the "Happy Birthday" song. So, you can't sing it on TV or in a movie unless you pay the company a royalty. That's insane. But for this reason, a guy in North Carolina, Greg May, decided to write a NEW happy birthday song.
Happy birthday to the late Freddie Mercury. He would have been 66 today. Considered one of the greatest "Frontmen" in Rock and Roll history, the band Queen was a force to be reckon with when Mercury took the stage. He is definitely missed today.
