Want to support local business, but still remain safe during these uncertain times? Plenty of local businesses are adapting and implementing new policies that allow them to stay open while minimizing risk.

Here is a running list of how local businesses are stepping up to the plate. Please consider spending your money with them to keep our local economy strong.

606 in Fair Haven is open 10 a.m. -2 p.m. and is also keeping everyone entertained on Facebook Live.

Al's Pizza in Toms River is offering a slice of pizza and a fountain drink free of charge for any students in need of a meal. Call 732 286 7070 to place an order.

Barlow's in Sea Girt is launching a new website where customers will be able to purchase pansies, primroses, ranunculus, tulips, daffodils, perennials, nursery plants,  mulch, potting soil, vegetable transplants, and loads of other gardening products. They can then either come and pick those items up in their parking lot in a noted parking spot unique to that order or they can have their order delivered to their driveway.

Bayshore Pharmacy Bayshore Pharmacy Cards & Gifts of Atlantic Highlands is operating under normal business hours of 8:30am-9pm Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm on Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sunday. We continue to receive 6 deliveries of prescription and OTC medications weekly. They are providing contact-free delivery if needed. Just ask when you call.

Bayville Auto Care in Bayville is open for business and offering "no contact service". Vehicles may be dropped off at anytime. Simply write a note with services needed and contact information. Even during business hours, you may drop keys & information into the key drop box at the north end of our building. They will also be happy to pick up & deliver vehicles locally, just call to make arrangements. Non contact payment arrangements will be made as well. All vehicles will be sanitized upon completion/when delivered.

Beachcomber Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights: Starting Thursday we will have all of our delicious pizza, cheesesteaks, and more available for take out as well as delivery through UberEats and GrubHub! Belmonte's Ristorante in Asbury Park is offering curbside pickup of all take out orders to help keep people safe.

Bum Rogers Crabhouse & Tavern in South Seaside Park will be open from 11:00 am ‘til 7:00 pm for take-out orders only.  We will take your orders and your credit card number over the phone and you can call us when you arrive, and we will bring your order to your car.

Bungalow Road in Sea Girt, Avon, and Atlantic Highlands is physically closed, but you can call, email, or DM and they will get you anything from the store.

Burger 25 is still open every day and are offering combos and daily specials. Call ahead, take out, Door Dash, Grubhub, and Uber. They are working on a carhop option as well.

Cabana 19 in Red Bank has curbside pick up and phone orders.

The businesses that reside on Calgo Gardens in Freehold will remain open. Tulip Tree Café is offering take out only and gift certificates. Drop the Beet Farms, an aquaponic grower of greens and mushrooms offers CSA membership for pick up and now they are delivery. Diana P Lang photography, Yoga Loft Nj, Flowers From the Farm are also located in this complex and will remain open for as long as possible.

Earth Treasures Jewelers in Eatontown is open, but with very abbreviated hours (10a to1p)  Friday and Saturday and then closing the store for 2 weeks. They hope to reopen Saturday, 4/4.

OceanFirst Bank is temporarily eliminating lobby services at all branches, will utilize only drive-up service for most branches, and will continue to assist customers remotely through its Digital Banking and Call Center operations. They are also offering payment relief to affected borrowers, providing additional paid time off for employees who may be impacted, and supporting local schools and non-profit organizations through OceanFirst Foundation grant programs.

The Office Restaurant & Lounge in Toms River has introduced curbside pick up and delivery. You can also order with DOOR DASH. They will be open for curbside pick up, delivery or delivery by Door Dash from 11:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

The Ohana Grill in Lavallette is offering pick-up, curbside, and delivery (to the island only) every day from 4-8 with a limited rotating menu....you can call 732-830-4040 during those hours or earlier if you want to place an order and have delivered at a certain time. Also, they will be running a special gift card deal...buy a $100 gift card get a $25 gift card (to use at a later date).

Wine & Design in Howell has added 2 new toddler kit themes which include 3 crafts and a small sketch canvas, paint, and brushes. Kits will be available for pickup beginning Sunday, March 22nd at 12pm.
