St Patty’s Day Hot Spots In Monmouth County, New Jersey And Beyond
This morning Lou and I were broadcasting live from the legendary Kelly’s Tavern in Neptune City and I have to tell you it was crazy straight out of the gate! People were lined up outside by 7 am to get their Irish breakfast and green beer! That’s hardcore and I love it!
The bloody marry’s and mimosas were flowing too…not to mention the Irish coffee. They are keeping the party going until the wee hours and I highly recommend it! The bagpipes will give you chills in the best possible way!
There are plenty of places to celebrate today…other spots in Monmouth County you don’t want to miss are the New McCann's restaurant, located at 4185 Atlantic Ave in Wall. They are doing it up big! You can read about their menu details here.
I was also hearing great things about Mulligans in Farmingdale located at 203 Squankum Road, they will have a full Irish menu, bagpipers, giveaways, and beer discounts. I’m loving the addition of the drunken calms!!!!!
- Drunken Clams
- Reuben rolls
- Irish pizza
- Guinness fish and chips
- Corned beef and cabbage
- Irish stew
- Shepard's pie
- Split pea soup
- Jameson Irish steak
It’s happening from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you are going to venture up North, I’m always on team Arthur’s Tavern in Morris Plains…they have the best Irish coffee in the state. Wherever you go have a blast, be safe and enjoy being in society once again! Cheers or should I say Erin Go Bragh!
