A man who allegedly made threats of gun violence toward the Kid Cafe Program at the Salvation Army Facility in Riverside, Burlington County February 13 is now facing charges.

Police say 51-year old Fredrick Cotton was apparently upset about some kind of a relationship and threatened the facility located on First Street in Riverside and program parents.

He then took off.

Cotton was jailed following his Wednesday February 21 arrest for making criminal threats.

With the assistance of the METRO Team (SWAT), police were able to find Cotton and safely detain him in the city of Fontana where detectives also searched his Hillcrest home.

Anyone with information on the investigation is asked to call Detective Brett Stennett at (951) 353-7213 or email at bstennett@riversideca.gov.
