Bloody Shark Attack Filmed At Island Beach State Park, NJ
Was there a Jaws moment off the coast of the Jersey Shore this past weekend?
If so, I don't think I'm going anywhere near the ocean for a while.

So yes, seeing a shark in the ocean is like seeing a bird in a tree; it's their natural habitat, and we really shouldn't be surprised when one breaks the water and gives us a little scare.
The difference is, sharks bring a level of fear with them that a bird in a tree doesn't, and we're fascinated by them.
Viral Video Shows Shark Attack Just Feet From The Jersey Shore
So let's get into this. Was a Great White shark spotted just feet from the shore over the weekend?
Thanks to a reel posted by Facebook user Mannyd123, we can see that just 10 feet off the coast of Island Beach State Park, there was in fact a bloody disturbance in the water over the weekend.
Disturbing Footage Shows Apparent Shark vs. Dolphin Attack
The video of what appears to be a shark attacking another animal was filmed at Area 11 in Island Beach State Park, and if you ask me, it pretty clearly looks like a Great White.
Viewer discretion is advised, as it appears this shark is attacking a dolphin.

It's a pretty shocking sight to see, and if you asked me, I'd agree with you that, sure, it's a Great White, what do I know about shark identification?
Is It Really A Great White? Locals Debate In The Comments
However, a quick scroll through the comment section of the video shows people are doubtful that it is, in fact, a Great White.
Someone mentions it's more likely a Thresher Shark, another viewer says it's more likely a Dusky Shark or a Hammerhead.
Either way, I don't think I'm going in the water past my knees for a while until I can unsee this video.
