A Middletown woman who suffers from a mental illness has gone missing and police are hoping you can help provide any information that can bring her back home.

The New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit is teaming up with Middletown Police looking for 62-year old Mary Silengo who was last seen on Tuesday around 11:00 pm at her home on Concord Court.

She was last seen wearing a bright pink pajama shirt, grew sweatpants, a dark colored jacket and black boots.

Silengo left on foot and left her phone and medications behind at the residence.

She is described as a white female, 5'2", 121 pounds, with blonde-grey hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit at (609) 882-2000 extension 2554 or Middletown Police Department at (732) 615-2100 and anonymous tips are welcome.
