Point Pleasant Borough Cancels Summerfest
Scratch another fun summer event off your calendar. The Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce announced that the popular Point Borough Summerfest, planned for June 5th and 6th, is cancelled due to the pandemic.
This would have been the 30th anniversary of Summerfest, and it is the first time the event has ever been cancelled. The town is hopeful that they'll be able to reschedule things, so we'll let you know if Summerfest turns into "Late-Summerfest" or maybe even "FallFest".
