Jersey Shore Staple In Sea Girt Will Reopen In May

I'll take five "Spring Lakers", please! What's a Spring Laker? It's the signature drink at the Parker House. The drink is made with Red Bull, vodka, and a splash of pineapple juice. Simple yet very... very effective.

So who else can't wait for the month of May? Last week, I wrote an article about The Columns in Avon-By-The-Sea reopening May 14th. This week we're talking about the reopening of the legendary Parker House in Sea Girt. It was a tough Summer without the Columns & Parker House but expect both locations to have a wonderful 2021 Summer! Let's Go! (KEEP SCROLLING)

Located just 100 yards from the ocean, the Parker House is excited to announce that their raw bar will open Saturday, May 8th. You know things are about to get serious when there is a countdown clock on the Parker House website. For many, it's a tradition to kick off Summer at the Parker House. Not many Jersey Shore businesses have been serving fine food and good times since 1878!

IMPORTANT: You can become part of the Parker House crew. They are currently hiring for all positions including servers, host staff, food runners, bussers, managers, line cooks, grill cooks, bartenders, and floor men. You can CLICK HERE to apply. In addition, the Parker House has a few rooms available for the 2021 summer season. Rooms are rented from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
