An Ocean Township man who caused a scene at a project site at 17 Cindy Lane is now facing charges for burglary, attempted criminal theft and obstruction.

Police say Isiah Matheo, 21, entered a construction vehicle pretending to work for the company and told an actual employee that he was moving the vehicle.

The employee told him to get out of the vehicle, which Matheo did, but then refused to leave the area.

Matheo was then approached by responding officers and was taken into custody.

He was interviewed by Detectives Orbach and Brady at Headquarters and was charged with Burglary, Criminal Attempt Theft, and Obstruction.

He was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
