Richard Joseph McEwan escaped authorities after doing donuts at the Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster on September 3rd. Five days later, McEwan returned to do more donuts, and this time employees were able to spot a license plate number and bust him.

McEwan was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief before being released with a pending future court date. The September 3rd donuts caused more than $10,000 in damage, and the September 8th damage is estimated at $7,000 to $9,000.

According to NJ.com, McEwan has had issues with trespassing before, when he jumped a wall at Taylor Swift's mansion in Rhode Island, where police found him standing in her foyer.

The fact that McEwan broke into Taylor Swift's house actually makes this story sadder. If it was just a guy making a political statement, it would be kind of funny do go do donuts on the lawn of someone you don't like...but when you add things up and realize this guy is just delusional or going through some mental issues, it's less funny.
