Wendy’s Reveals Delicious New Menu Item Coming To Ocean County, NJ
It's hard to believe, but we are moving through the back end of summer, which means soon kids will be going back to school and mornings are about to get a lot more hectic.
August was always bitter sweet as a kid, it was usually the month the family would pack up and go on vacation but it also meant that in just a few short weeks we'd have to get back into the school year routine.
The hardest part of back to school schedules in my opinion was always trying to squeeze in breakfast with everything going on.

You wanted to have something that was going to keep you full and focused but also was quick and easy.
My go to was always two bowls of cereal at the house and then a pop tart on the bus.
I was a big eater back in middle school and high school.
Let's say though, you're running later than usual and really need to just pick something up on the way to school or work.
Usually, your options are limited to savory choices; egg McMuffin, sausage McMuffin, bacon egg and cheese, pork roll, or breakfast burritos.

Don't get me wrong, all of those things are pretty good, but Wendy's is introducing something to break up the savory breakfast competition.
Wendy's Will Offer French Toast Sticks As Part of Their Breakfast Menu
I don't know about you, but I've totally forgotten about French Toast Sticks.
According to the New York Post, Wendy's Vice President of Culinary Innovation John Li:
“piping hot, and pillowy” French Toast Sticks will take consumers’ breakfast game “to the next level.”
They honestly look fantastic, golden brown on the outside with a nice maple syrup drizzle on the side.
According to the New York Post these sweet and tasty breakfast items will be available in sets of four and six, and will be available in Wendy's restaurants starting August 15th.
I'm not a big fast food for breakfast kind of person any more, I'll stick with my three over easy eggs, but next time I'm running late to get to the station I may have to give these a try!
