Stuffed flounder, crab legs, lobster, shrimp, fried shrimp, striper, tuna steaks, Mahi Mahi, calamari, the list could go on and on.

Personally, I only get seafood when I'm out for dinner because my wife hates it, as well as the smell so cooking it at home is a big no-no.

Needless to say, this summer living near the Jersey Shore, I've had my fair share of seafood.

Between a trip out to the Lobster House in Cape May to get fried flounder on the dock, to getting crab stuffed flounder at the Claw in Lavallette it's been a good summer for seafood.

One of the absolute best seafood dishes you can get, in my opinion, is a lobster roll.

If you've never had a lobster roll before, let me enlighten you; it's lobster meat mixed with some mayo and celery.

Sometimes the lobster meat is served hot and drawn in butter.

In either case, it should be served on some form of a brioche hot dog bun that's toasted.

My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

New Jersey is no stranger to the delight that is lobster roll; you have Kleins Fish Market in Belmar, Bars Landing in the Highlands, or Bum Rogers in Seaside Park just to name a few.

Get ready to add another great spot to that list, as a New Jersey business gets ready to expand!

Mystic Lobster Roll Company Will Be Opening Another Location In New Jersey

According to NJ.com, the restaurant already has ten locations in the Garden State, and its menu is pretty expansive.

From three different styles of lobster roll to white cheddar mac and cheese, plus sliders and sandwiches.

The new location is set to open sometime in the Fall and will be located at 101 Miln Street in Cranford New Jersey.

What I like about this place is that they use a ton of lobster in each sandwich, a third a pound each according to NJ.com!

If you've never had a lobster roll before, I can't recommend you try it enough!

Especially with all of the great spots around the Jersey Shore that serve it.
