The Absolute Craziest Museum In Atlantic City, NJ Is Closing Up Shop
One of the most unique museums along the Atlantic City Boardwalk is set to close its doors by the end of the year.
It's a place that some might label a tourist trap, but I don't think that could be further from the truth.
It was a cool family-friendly attraction in an area that was surrounded by casinos and bars.
And if you were gambling in AC, it was a cool place to go to mix things up.
I've been to this place a couple of times as a kid and always loved it, even as an adult I think it had some pretty neat exhibits.
Regardless, it's one of the most recognizable buildings on the Atlantic City Boardwalk and I'll be sad to see it close its doors.
The silver lining is this exhibit is somewhat of a franchise so just because the location in New Jersey is closing, doesn't mean they're all closing.
What Popular Museum Is Getting Ready To Close In Atlantic City, NJ?
Believe it or not, after 29 years in business, it looks as if Ripleys Believe It Or Not on the Atlantic City Boardwalk is going to be closing up shop.
6 ABC reports that the reason for the closure is that the local franchise is reaching the end of its agreement with Ripleys.
I'm not wholly sure why they can't just renew their contract but Chris Connelley, the manager of Ripley's in AC said the structure may be repurposed according to 6 ABC.
You still have some time to visit this famous Atlantic City Boardwalk attraction, Ripley's won't be closing its doors until December 31st, 2022.
