New Jersey Is The Smartest State In The Country
SafeHome.org went out to discover which states were the smartest. They looked at data like high school graduation rates, the number of adults with a Bachelor's degree, SAT scores, and more.
NJ is tied with Iowa for the highest high school graduation rate; we rank 2nd for most Bachelor's degrees, and in the Top 10 for Graduate degrees. Combined with the other data, here's what they come up with:

Damn! We crushed it, beating the 2nd Smartest State by a pretty sizeable margin. In your face, Utah. Bummer for Idaho, who are literally less than 25% as smart as we are.
