There was one time with MAvis where they misdiagnosed a battery issue; turns out I needed a new alternator, not a new battery. So they hooked me up with 2 free oil changes to try and make up the difference. The whole team at the particular Mavis was great.

They even took me into the shop, showed me the deteriorated state of the old pump, and weighed the pros and cons of changing it now versus later. They checked out what the issue was and said it was a fault in a sensor; however, the sensor was still in good working order, so it wasn't anything to worry about at this point in time, and they sent us on our way.
