Joint Base Offering Hindenburg Crash Site Tours
The Navy Lakehurst Historical Society is hosting tours of the infamous Hindenburg crash site every other weekend, starting April 13th.
On the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from now through October, you can head to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and visit the crash site of one of the most famous disasters in history.

Back when I was a Boy Scout, I actually did some winter camping at what was then Lakehurst Naval Base, and it's an incredible location. It's definitely worth a trip for a history buff.
