Jersey Freeze Founder Dies
Carlton Blackmore opened Jersey Freeze in 1952. Blackmore was plant manager and bacteriologist at the Alderney Dairy in Newark before opening the shop in Freehold.
The current owners took to Facebook to share their condolences.
