
Jackson Man Admits Being Intoxicated In Parkway Accident
A Jackson man accused of vehicular homicide in a crash last year admits he was intoxicated and driving recklessly. Reports say 21-year-old Eric Pereira made the guilty plea in court yesterday. Last April, he struck a car driven by 43-year-old Kevin Donnelly on the Garden State Parkway. Donnelly died. Several others were injured. Pereira could get seven years in prison. Sentencing is set for June.
