Even though summer is coming to an end, the fun is just beginning at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson Township. Fall at Six Flags is my favorite time at the park.

There is lots of fun in store for visitors, and the fun has just begun for families at Six Flags.

Fall activities have begun at Six Flags Great Adventure as Kids Boo Fest and Oktoberfest presented by Cash App return for another season of family-friendly Halloween activities, festive entertainment, and seasonal flavors.
What is Kids Boo Fest at Six Flags Great Adventure?
Kids Boo Fest makes Six Flags a playful Halloween celebration that is designed especially for families and children of all ages.
"Guests can enjoy trick-or-treating, themed activities, games, live entertainment, and favorite family rides throughout the park in a festive Halloween atmosphere."
Children are encouraged to wear their favorite Halloween costumes and take part in a day filled with fall fun and memorable photo ops.
Kids Boo Fest activities at Six Flags Great Adventure are included with park admission.
What's Oktoberfest Like At Six Flags Great Adventure?
Oktoberfest (presented by Cash App) returns with the sights, sounds, and flavors of the fall season, featuring German-inspired cuisine, festive entertainment, and a selection of seasonal beers.
Visitors can enjoy fantastic Oktoberfest foods this fall at Six Flags:
- sauerbraten
- knockwurst
- bratwurst on pretzel buns
- cheesy spaetzl
- German potato salad
- potato pancakes
- steamed and fried pierogies
- soft Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese
For park visitors over 21, there are lots of options for Oktoberfest drinks, including a large selection of beers from Paulaner and Samuel Adams, including:
- Paulaner Oktoberfest
- Paulaner Hefeweizen
- Paulaner Munich Lager
- Paulaner Grapefruit Radler
- Samuel Adams Oktoberfest
- Samuel Adams Boston Lager
Oktoberfest activities are included with park admission. Food and beverages are available for purchase.
In addition to seasonal festivities, guests can experience Great Adventure's lineup of world-class roller coasters, family attractions and entertainment throughout the day.
Kids Boo Fest and Oktoberfest run select dates Sept. 12 through Nov. 1 and are included with park admission.
