Fright Fest Thursdays Return to Six Flags Great Adventure Beginning This Week
If you thought Six Flags Great Adventure was done with the Halloween scares, think again! Fright Fest is adding even more Thursdays this fall, giving you more chances to get your scream on.
"Fright Fest is one of the most anticipated events of the year, and adding Thursday nights gives guests even more opportunities to experience everything they love about Halloween at Great Adventure," said Ryan Eldredge, Director of Sales & Marketing at Six Flags Great Adventure. "Whether you're tackling haunted attractions, enjoying your favorite coasters after dark or bringing a friend to experience Fright Fest for the first time, Thursday nights are the perfect way to kick off a fall weekend."
Starting Thursday, October 8, Fright Fest will take over the park for four Thursday nights — October 8, 15, 22 and 29. Expect haunted attractions, creepy scare zones, live entertainment and, of course, plenty of roller coasters after dark.
And there’s a nice bonus for Season Passholders. On select Fright Fest Thursdays, they can bring a friend along for free through the park’s Bring-A-Friend promotion. The offer also continues on Thursday, November 5.
So, if you’re looking for a little extra Halloween excitement here in New Jersey, Thursday nights at Six Flags might be worth checking out!
We had a great time at this year's media event where we got to see first-hand what's haunting Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey.
According to Six Flags, "Guests can experience immersive scare zones, terrifying haunted attractions, sinister roaming monsters and signature rides illuminated after sunset, creating a Halloween atmosphere unlike any other in the region."
