If you love the thrill of finding something amazing for just a few dollars, you’re going to want to mark your calendar for this one. One of my favorite town-wide yard sales in Ocean County is this weekend and I can't wait.

A Yard Sale I Go To Every Year

The Pine Beach Town-Wide Yard Sale is happening (THIS WEEKEND) Saturday, September 12th, and Sunday, September 13th, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

I go to this yard sale every single year, and honestly, it is one of the best town-wide yard sales I’ve ever been to.

There’s something so much fun about driving around town, checking out all the different sales and never knowing what treasure you might find. You can spend the morning browsing, chatting with people and looking through everything from household items and decorations to clothes, collectibles and those random things you never knew you needed until you spotted them sitting on a table.

Make A Weekend Of It

The sale is hosted by the Pine Beach Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, making it a great way to shop local while supporting an important part of the community.

If you want to participate as a seller, registration forms and sign-ups are available through the Pine Beach Fire Yard Sale information page or at Borough Hall. CLICK HERE for more information and the map.

So grab your coffee, bring some cash and get ready to hunt for bargains. I'll be there looking for my next great find, maybe I'll see you there!

Did Anyone Watch These TV Shows in the 1980s and 1990s?

While you might think “watching while distracted” is a modern habit, even back in the day the TV was just… there, humming along while you did other things. These were the shows that weren’t exactly “must-see TV,” more like “might-see TV” — part of the culture, but you had to wonder: who was actually watching?

LOOK: Do you see faces in these photos?

Pareidolia refers to the ability to see recognizable shapes, often faces, in random objects. Take a look at the photos below and see if you can identify any faces or shapes. Some are easy to spot, while others might be more challenging.
