Is it ironic that, as the Winter Games are taking place in Italy, I am writing about Italian food? Maybe lol

We are going to talk about some of the very best Italian restaurants right here in the Garden State. These 11 restaurants are a great list of places to check out this winter, while it's too cold to be outside enjoying the Jersey Shore.
Now, before you say it, I know that some of the best Italian food is coming right from your kitchen at home, but sometimes it's just nice to get out of the house and let someone else do the cooking, right?
