- Sept. 15 Deadline: For residents who need to change their banking information or their mailing address
- Oct. 31 Deadline: Those who are eligible and did not receive a confirmation letter AND/OR eligible senior citizens who collect social security disability benefits.

"This program offers property tax relief to New Jersey residents who own or rent property in New Jersey as their main home and meet certain income limits. This year's ANCHOR benefit is based on residency, income, and age from 2024."
