New Jersey’s Favorite Thanksgiving Side Dish Makes Absolutely Perfect Sense
Before you say it's too early to be thinking about Thanksgiving, let's remember it's only about eight weeks away. So let's talk about the side dish that has been named New Jersey's Thanksgiving favorite.
We've already started to experience chilly mornings, falling leaves, and a ton of pumpkin spice everything, so why not discuss which Thanksgiving side dish is New Jersey's absolute favorite, at least according to a report at Taste of Home?
The side dish that tops the list for the Garden State is not the one that popped up in my mind. I am a mashed potato guy all the way, and with the way we love carbs in this state, I thought it was an obvious selection as the winner, but one thing I've learned about me is that I'm usually wrong.
And it turns out I am wrong again with this one. We're going to need to push the mashed potato to the side of the plate to make room for the actual New Jersey Thanksgiving side dish favorite.
The top side dish for a great Thanksgiving feast here in the Garden State keeps it in the carb category. Of course, we're talking about some delicious Turkey Day stuffing.
Oddly enough, it seems that stuffing is not among the top side dishes nationwide. Some of the sides that are include mac and cheese, mashed potato, and green bean casserole.
Believe it or not, it is time to think about Thanksgiving, and before you know it, we'll all be decking the halls. Don't fight it. It's going to happen before we know it.
