What New Jersey Moms Could Really Use This Mother’s Day
Challenges Moms Face In Balancing Sleep And Daily Life
How much sleep are moms really getting? Turns out, not enough, but honestly, I'm not surprised by this sleep study in the least.

What The Latest Survey Reveals About Mothers And Sleep
BetterSleep teamed up with Wakefield Research to find out just how much sleep moms are really getting, or rather, aren't getting!! And here's what they found.
- 14% of moms are only getting 4 to 5 hours of sleep, with 2% getting less than 4 hours
- 26% of moms get between 5 and 6 hours, with another 35% getting 6 to 7 hours, but that's still not enough.
- 29% of moms haven't woken up feeling well rested a single morning in the past week.
- 67% have only felt rested three days or fewer out of the last seven.
A full night of uninterrupted sleep might be the perfect gift this Mother's Day!
