Easy travel to Citi Field resumes for Mets fans in NJ this summer
It's the heart of summer and baseball season is in full swing. And for those of us in New Jersey, the battle is on.
Whether you're a Phillies, Yankees, or Mets fan, we all know who we want to see in the post season. Yes, all three of our local teams have had disappointing games, but what team doesn't?
What's really cool about the season so far is that all three teams have the potential to make the post season, which is awesome. And now that we've hit the half way point of the regular season, getting out to game is more important than ever.
Fortunately for Met's fans, there is a really cool option you can opt into that'll make your commute to Citi Field that much easier. Just take the ferry and forget the trains, bridges, and tolls.
Ferry service has returned
Seastreak Ferry had announced it's adding ferry trips to select Mets games at Citi Field for the 2025 regular season. And yes, that includes rides out of their Highlands, NJ, port.
Both Yankees and Mets fans have been asking for ferry service from New Jersey to New York City to be the restored. Although this announcement didn't include Yankee Stadium, providing service to Citi Field is certainly a step in the right direction.

Hopefully, trips to Yankees games will be added in the near future. As for the Mets? These are the remaining games you can still catch by hopping aboard the Seastreak Ferry for the second half or the regular season.
