🏈 How difficult it is to win a SuperBowl in the NFL.

🏈 Plenty of NFL teams have advanced to the SuperBowl multiple times but have yet to win their first championship while other teams have yet to make it to the big game.

🏈 Two NFL teams are tied for the most titles ever but nobody has more than 6 since the Super Bowl era began in 1967.

Each Super Bowl Sunday we watch, each Super Bowl Sunday the two best teams in the NFL battle it out to determine who is ultimately number one that season coming away with the Lombardi Trophy and a ticker-tape parade.

There are only two fan bases that can really root for their specific team on Super Bowl Sunday as loyal fans while the rest of us who root for any of the other 30 teams, not in the big game, try and figure out who we want to root for in that game -- if any, maybe we just want to sit back and enjoy a good game with no rooting interest for a specific team.

There's also the possibility that if one of the team's in the Super Bowl is one you really don't like or is a rival to your team, maybe you just root for the other team they're playing by default.

You could also be in a really tough rooting spot if both teams in the Super Bowl are either a rival and/or a team you don't like altogether.

Super Bowls are so hard to win -- just ask the Buffalo Bills (sorry, Bills fans) who went to four consecutive Super Bowls in 1991, 1992, 1993, and 1994 only to lose to the Giants, Redskins, Cowboys, and the Cowboys again, in respective order. Or even the Minnesota Vikings who have been to 4 Super Bowls in franchise history as well -- not in a row -- and lost all four.

For some, their teams were good enough to get there but not good enough to win it.

For some, their teams were good enough to get into the playoffs but not even into the Super Bowl

For others, their teams were good enough to win a Super Bowl but it took a while and some fans may wait their whole lives hoping to see their team hoist the Lombardi Trophy just once.

Well, hopefully, your team wins again soon.

For now, here are how all 32 NFL teams rank in terms of the number of Super Bowl victories, with information sourced from Pro-Football Reference.
