There has been considerable amount of pushback on the new Marijuana Law Governor Phil Murphy signed this year and while he reversed his thinking and will now back legislation that allows police to notify parents if their child has been arrested for underage use of Marijuana or Alcohol, there are several other concerns being raised by parents, police and lawmakers at the Jersey Shore.

Under the new law, police can't initiate an investigation for underage use of marijuana or else face potential criminal charges and a hefty fine.
