The Sting won seven Oscars in 1973, including Best Picture and Best Director. The story is being brought to the stage, starring two-time Tony nominee Harry Connick, Jr. Before it makes its debut on The Great White Way, the world premiere will be at the Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey.

The musical adaptation will star Connick as Henry Gondorff (played in the original movie by Paul Newman). Connick also contributed to the writing of the music and lyrics, along with Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis.

Paper Mill Playhouse hosts "The Sting" from March 29th to April 29th.
