Galloway, NJ woman charged for violently abusing several children at a childcare center
A Galloway woman has been arrested for allegedly physically abusing several children at a daycare in Egg Harbor Township.
Angela Capella, 26, of Galloway Township, was charged Thursday by Egg Harbor Police with four counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a child.
Police learned through the course of an investigation that Capella was seen on surveillance footage "violently handling several children", in December of 2021, while she was working for a childcare establishment.
Capella has since been fired from the establishment and following her arrest earlier today was released on Complaint Summonses
Egg Harbor Police said that they, "will not be releasing the name of the establishment. We will say that were cooperative in the investigation which resulted in the charges."
