Finally!! You Can Now Turn Off Autoplay on Netflix

FINALLY!!! The autoplay feature can be turned off on Netflix when you are trying to figure out what to watch.

No longer will trailers start to play when you briefly pause on a movie or show to read the description.

It is easy to do, BUT...You have to sign into Netflix through a web browser. You can not do it through the app or on your television. But once you do it on the web, it will take affect wherever you watch Netflix. Just sign out, then sign back in and the autoplay feature will be (should be) turned off.

Follow these steps:

On a web browser log into Netflix. Click "Manage Profiles"

Then uncheck "Autoplay previews while browsing on all devices” to stop clips from playing when you’re on the Netflix home screen. You can also uncheck “Autoplay next episode in a series on all devices” to prevent Netflix from automatically starting the next episode.

That's it...Just click "SAVE", then "DONE" on the next page and you are all set!!

The autoplay feature will be turned off on all devices you watch Netflix on. Just a reminder...You might have to sign out and then sign back in again for the changes to take affect.
