Here’s When Fall Starts In New Jersey, And When We’ll See Our Leaves Change Color
Let's not lie to ourselves, Summer at the Jersey Shore is one of the best times of year; long summer days spent on the beach, on the Barnegat, or at one of Jersey's many great tiki bars.
Smelling the ocean water while you walk down the Seaside Heights boardwalk enjoying some Kohrs Bros is like nothing else.
But eventually, Summer begins to fade and we move into Fall, which is another superb time of year in Jersey.
We have local summer where we can enjoy all the Shore has to offer without all the traffic and tourists, and of course seeing the leaves change in Jersey is a beautiful sight to see.
When Will Fall Start At The Jersey Shore?
I've had Fall on the mind, and that's only because the past few days in Jersey have been cool and in the upper 60's, and low 70's.

Perfect fall weather.
According to My Central Jersey the official start of Fall this year has two dates.
There's the start of the Fall Weather Season which starts on September 1st, and then there's astronomical Fall which starts on September 22nd.
That means eventually we'll start seeing the leaves change.
When Will New Jersy See The Leaves Change This Year?
Unlike the start of Fall, there's no exact time we'll see the leaves change.
However, My Central Jersey claims that parts of Canada and the Northern US states will start to see leaves change by the end of September.
By October 30th, all of the contiguous United States should see the awe-inspiring colors of our changing fall leaves.
