The Fahey Restaurant Group is tremendous. There's no other way to put it, owners Bobby and Chris Fahey know what they are doing. They currently own three successful Jersey Shore hot spots - Reef & Barrel in Manasquan, Joe's Surf Shack in Belmar, and Cross & Orange in Asbury Park...

Each location they own is exactly what you want from a Jersey Shore restaurant/ bar. Not only do they provide tasty meals and tremendous service, but they always support local musicians, local chefs, and local products so you can get a true experience of Jersey Shore living. All three Monmouth County locations are worth spending time at!

There's more...the Fahey Restaurant Group will expand into Ocean County...

This fall, Boatyard401 will open in Point Pleasant Beach. This soon-to-be favorite will be located at 401 Broadway and it will offer authentic coastal fare. There will be an outdoor patio and also a space to host private events!

The Fahey Restaurant Group has not announced an exact date for when Boatyard401 will be opening, but expect it to open sooner rather than later. It's important to note, they are currently hiring for all positions - managers, servers, host/hostesses, bussers, runners, chefs/cooks, & kitchen help. You can email your resume to Boatyard401@gmail.com

This place will look beautiful from the outside...

Good luck to the Fahey Restaurant Group! I can't wait to spend time at Boatyard401 with family and friends. If this place is anything like their other places, Point Pleasant Beach should be pumped up to have this restaurant in town!

Point Pleasant Beach?! Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.
