April and I just went by Joe's Bagel & Grill last weekend when we visited Cattus Island County Park in Toms River and now I see Joe's is expanding in Toms River. The first location in Toms River is on Fischer Blvd but now there is a second bagel shop on Hooper. To be honest my favorite bagel would be maybe the "everything" bagel with cream cheese followed by the "french toast" bagel and once again only cream cheese. I definitely prefer cream cheese to butter on a bagel. Pair that up with a nice cup of black coffee and I am set!

The very popular Joe's Bagel & Grill has expanded to its new Toms River location at 1358 Hooper Ave, Toms River. According to a recent Patch article,  Joe's Bagel and Grill was established in 2016 in West Long Branch in Monmouth County and now the Hooper Avenue shop is its 11th site.

Joe's Bagel & Grill Founder Russell Grabow said it was the success of the Fischer Blvd location in Toms River that made it an easy decision for him to add a second Toms River location.

The Hooper Avenue store is owned by Dawn, Kim, and Jim Schaffer, and it is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays, and from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Don't forget that besides the bagels, Joe's has the grill and they have a big lunch menu, with smoothies, paninis, salads, and wraps. Perfect anytime.
