19-year old Matthew Vanderbeek's charges include terrorism after investigators found he made threats on social media against New Egypt High School and that he was trying to obtain a firearm.

The indictment stems from the investigation that began on June 19 by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Major Crimes Unit Det. Brant Uricks and Plumsted Township Police Det.
