Celebrate National Alpaca Day In New Jersey

Alpacas are frikkin adorable. They're perfect little balls of fluff, and guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. I took Baby Varacchi and her cousin to Arrow Acres Farm in Wall last winter, and we all had a great time.

Arrow Acres Farm is re-opening for the season by celebrating National Alpaca Farm Days this weekend, Saturday & Sunday, 10a-4p both days.

Alpacas don't love the summer, so the farm closes to visitors during the hotter months so the animals can be sheared, give birth, and just spend some time relaxing. Once the weather cools down, the farm is open almost every weekend until May.

The farm will celebrate National Alpaca Days with free tours, free treats to feed the alpacas, and free hot dogs, apples, apple cider, cookies, and snacks for visitors!
