The Gothamist has reported that the legendary NYC Punk club CBGB, which has been closed for nearly a decade, is re-opening.

Before you dust off your studded leather jacket and safety pin nose ring, you should know that things are going to be a bit different.

The next time you're waiting for a flight at Newark Airport, you'll be able to swing into CBGB LAB for a wedge salad and a Kobe chili dog.

Original owner Hilly Kristal closed the club in 2006 after rent disputes. Kristal passed away in 2007, and rights to the CBGB name had been transferred to a holding company. Chef Harold Moore has joined with CBGB to open a place to serve 'American fare in a fun environment recalling the legendary music venue.'
