Can You Handle New Jersey’s Biggest Breakfast Sandwich?
O'Bagel, located in Hoboken, has gained fame with their Jumbo Bagel.
Starting with a hand-rolled bagel the size of a tire, the sandwich features over 30 scrambled eggs, melted pepper jack cheese, Taylor ham, bacon, pickled jalapeños, crispy hash browns, and finished off with house-made chipotle aioli. The sandwich can be made to order as well, before being cut into individual servings that are each about the size of a normal bagel, serving about 30 people.
Fridays are Bagel Days here at the Hawk. I'll be patiently waiting for our local bagel shop to roll in a sandwich like this.
