It was an epic month-long battle between 16 amazing local breweries, and every week your votes narrowed the field by half. The Sudsy Sixteen became the Effervescent Eight, then the Frosty Four, and finally we had our Championship Round featuring Backward Flag taking on the defending champs Manafirkin.

And the winner is...

BACKWARD FLAG BREWING COMPANY

With nearly 14,000 votes cast across the entire tournament, Backward Flag defeated Heavy Reel, Little Dog, Kane, and finally dethroned last year's champs Manafirkin on the way to becoming BrewMaster 2019!

It was an awesome tournament, with some close matchups every round (including one battle that was decided by a single vote!) and it culminated in the closest Finals we've ever had.

Thanks to all the breweries who participated, thanks to everyone to voted, and congratulations to Backward Flag Brewing Company for winning BrewMaster Madness 2019!  We'll be visiting the brewery soon to celebrate!
