Over the weekend, Spirit Airlines ceased to exist. The discount flyer, known for its big yellow planes and incredibly discounted tickets, is no longer flying planes. People like my wife and I, who like to travel on a budget, relied heavily on Spirit to go on vacation without totally breaking the bank.

Just because Spirit Airlines is gone, though, doesn't mean that discount airlines no longer fly out of New Jersey. In fact, there's a discount flyer that just announced 4 new direct routes flying out of Atlantic City Airport, starting at only $39!

Granted, the places you can travel for that price are pretty limited, but still, in this economy, any way to save is a win in my book.

Breeze Airways Announces Its Operating Out Of Atlantic City, NJ

So, who is Breeze Airways? They were founded in 2021 and provide service to what they call underserved airports.

This means they can offer direct flights at steep discounts.

What Flights Will Breeze Airways Operate In Atlantic City, NJ?

Starting this year, Breeze Airways will bring 4 new routes to the Atlantic City Airport, according to NBC News.

  • July 3rd: Non-stop daily from AC to Orlando, Florida
  • October 22nd: Non-Stop Thursday and Sunday flights from AC to Myrtle Beach, SC
  • October 22nd: Non-Stop Thursday and Sunday from AC to Fort Myers, FL
  • December 17: Non-Stop Thursday and Sunday from AC to West Palm Beach

This isn't the first time this year Breeze Airways has announced expanded service in Atlantic City.
