This Massive Cheesesteak In Asbury Park May Be One Of New Jersey’s Best
Ever since moving to New Jersey, I feel like I've spent the past five years eating my way through the state. And that's a pretty big challenge when you consider the sheer amount of delicious and local mom-pop restaurants and hole-in-the-walls that are scattered throughout the state.
In the past 5 years, I've had some of the best pizza of my life, seafood that's made me tear up (I'm talking about the lobster roll from the Crabs Claw Inn), and desserts that have changed my life. Specifically, the crumb cake from Muellers, and a fresh donut from OB-CO.

New Jersey Is Known For Having Some Really Good Cheesesteak Spots
Something that I really like seeing in Jersey is a bunch of great cheesesteak places offering up massive, delicious, and cheesey steaks. When I think of Cheesesteaks near the Shore, Cheesesteak Loui's always comes to the front of my mind.
Cheesesteaks is also pretty good, and they just opened a new location in Brick that's on my list of places to check out.
And now, I'm going to have to head up to Asbury Park to try the cheesesteak from The Galley.
It's another one of the steaks that looks like it could put you in a food coma for weeks if you ate the whole thing in one sitting, and foodies are saying it's one of the best cheesesteaks they've ever had.
It's loaded up with onion, Cooper cheese, it sits on a seeded roll, and uses real shaved ribeye. Growing up just outside the Philadelphia area, this makes my inner Philadelphian proud.
This is one hefty sandwich, and it can only be found at The Galley in Asbury Park, 1313 Memorial Drive
