Personally, I say hoagie but I know a few people who will die on the 'sub' hill.

And according to Foodies First, it needs to have the following ingredients: red vinegar, oregano, prosciutto, capicola, salami, provolone, tomato, onion, lettuce, and a hot cherry pepper hoagie spread.
