5 New Jersey Towns Named The Best Places In America To Live
Apparently, experts really do believe that Jersey is a great place to call home, and I would have to agree with them.
I mean sure, our property taxes are insanely high, and the cost of living continues to go up year after year, and if you live near the shore you have to deal with hordes of tourists during the summertime.

But despite all of that, there's still no place I'd rather call home; we have easy access to gorgeous beaches, the food in this state is second to none, and we have everything from gorgeous hiking to small towns to dense forests to mountains.
In fact, there are five towns in Jersey that ranked among the best places not just in Jersey to call home but in the entire country!
Towns that have a small-town feel, but also have a lot to offer their residents; everything from dining and shopping to outdoor activities and a good way of life.
I was a little surprised though that on the list, there weren't any places near the shore.

For example, I love my little town of Ocean Gate; we have our own little boardwalk and downtown area, and although we're a little more secluded from the hustle and bustle of the major highways we're still very close to everything Jersey has to offer.
We even have reasonably affordable homes (I said reasonably) and our property taxes aren't too bad either
But we weren't named one of the best towns in Jersesy to live in, maybe your town was though.
