
8 New Jersey Hospitals Ranked Among The Best In The Country
Apparently, if you get sick or have a medical issue, living in the Garden State is a good place to be.
A new report shows that New Jersey has some of the best hospitals in the country, in fact, 8 of the country's top hospitals are located right here in New Jersey.

According to Patch, the new rankings for America's best hospitals for 2024-2025 took a lot of different factors into consideration.
The study looked at over 5 thousand different hospitals and more than 30 different areas of medical and surgical services to narrow down the list.
In Jersey, these are the 8 best hospitals you can go to if you get sick or into an emergency, according to Patch.

8. Jefferson Health-Stratford, Cherry Hill and Washington Township
7. Cooper University Health Care-Camden
6. Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (New Brunswick)
5. Overlook Medical Center (Summit)
4. Jersey Shore University Medical Center at Hackensack Meridian Health (Neptune)
3. Valley Hospital (Ridgewood)
2. Morristown Medical Center
1. Hackensack University Medical Center at Hackensack Meridian Health
For the first time ever, and this is cool, the study took into account 98 hospitals that made sure to care for typically underserved communities, 2 of those hospitals are in New Jersey.
Those 2 hospitals are Cooper University Health Care in Camden and Jefferson Health-Stratford, Cherry Hill and Washington Township.
So we can kind of rest easy knowing that if you ever get into a situation in New Jersey where you find yourself in a hospital, there's a good chance that you're in one of the top-rated hospitals in the country.
