I'm not talking about bigger venues, like the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden.

I mean, we have some unique smaller venues where you can get up close and personal with your favorite artists.

Places like House of Independents, The Stone Pony, Dingbatz, and the Starland Ballroom are all smaller capacity venues that really pack a punch.

With all of our one-of-a-kind venues, it's no surprise to learn that Jersey is home to one of the best open-air amphitheaters in the country.

And if you've ever sprung for the lawn pass in the past, you know this better than anyone!

USA Today reports that the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey, is the 2nd best open-air amphitheater in the United States.

Noted for its fan-shaped pavilion and amazing lawn section, where you can still get a good view and great sound from the artist you're seeing, it's no surprise the PNC Bank Arts Center ranked as one of the best venues in America.

The Pavilion at Bethel Woods For The Arts, where Woodstock took place back in 1969, grabbed the number one spot for America's best open-air Amphitheater.
