That being said, TikTok also has its fair share of great places to grab a drink in Jersey, and according to the TikTok account New Jersey Uncovered, these are the best bars near the shore you have to visit this summer

Donovan's Reef, Seabright, NJ

This bar sits right on the beach and features tons of live music with bands starting as early as 3 PM in the summer and running throughout the night.

The Parker House, Sea Girt, NJ

The Parker House starts out as a pretty chill beach bar up until about 9 PM, then it turns into a full-on dance club with people sweating through their clothes while they do shots and dance.

I'll stick around for the more 'chill' part of the afternoon.

Jenks Club, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ

This place is massive and sits right off the Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk. They feature a huge outdoor bar that sits right on the sand, amazing ocean views, and a sound system so massive you can hear it pumping down near Manasquan inlet sometimes!

Bar A, Lake Como, NJ

Arguably one of the most iconic bars at the Jersey Shore, Bar A is basically like a fortress where you don't just go for one or two drinks, you go for an entire day.

D'Jais, Belmar, NJ

I've never been to D'Jais myself, but from what I've heard from coworkers and other people, this place can get pretty wild. Pounding music, live DJs, and bartenders who can really hustle all over the place to get beers ready for hundreds of people.

I was a little disappointed to see that no bars in Seaside made the list; for example, a summer afternoon on the top floor of Beachcomber or enjoying a cold mixed drink at the Sand Bar in Seaside Park is truly the best.
