You Can Now Own An 8.7 Acre Stretch Of Beach In Cape May, NJ
You know what's a bigger flex than being able to say "I own at house at the Jersey Shore?" How about being able to say "I own a literal section of the beach at the Jersey Shore!"
Not only would that be impressive, but right now you can make that pipe dream reality, for a serious price.

Owning your own section of the beach at the Jersey Shore would be pretty wild; my Aunt owns a home at the Jersey Shore which backs right up to the bay, and she actually owns a small portion of the beach behind her house according to the deed which is wild.
Right now, you can buy more than just a small stretch of bay, you could in fact own a stretch of the beach and the dunes in Cape May, according to a new Zillow listing.
Located at 610 Beach Drive in Cape May, you can now make an offer on 8.7 Acres of prime beach property, from the dune down to the water plus all of the sand in between, it could be yours!
I mean, it's a pretty nice slice of paradise right there.
According to NJ.com, the land was part of an estate that belonged to Robert Fifte who was a local Cape May businessman who manged the Colonial Hotel and Motel and passed away at the age of 94 in 2024.
The Land is now a part of his estate, and although the township of Cape May has the right to first refusal, for only 1 Million Dollars you could own a literal piece of the Jersey Shore.
The monthly payment, if you put twenty percent down by the way is around $6,191 a month so you may want to find some form to go in on this investment with!
New Jersey is no stranger to insanely expensive real estate though.
