Eric “EJ” Johnson is a veteran broadcaster and proud New Jerseyan, now co-hosting The Judi & EJ Show weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on New Jersey 101.5. His return marks a full-circle moment, following an 18-year run as the station’s Program Director from 1999 to 2017. Born into a family with deep New Jersey roots — from the Pine Barrens to Mays Landing — EJ has been immersed in radio since age 16. His career includes major roles at top Northeast stations in Philadelphia, Wilmington, and Boston. EJ lives with his wife Linda and their spirited kitten, Clark. They have two adult children, Steve and Lindsay. He enjoys yard work, hiking, biking, hitting the gym, beach days in Strathmere and Cape May, time at the family cabin in Pennsylvania, and of course — great radio, which has always been in his DNA.
